General FAQs

1. Do you offer any guarantees?
No. Since every person, all people and every situation are unique in and of themselves, it is impossible to guarantee outcomes or results.

People are people with their own minds thus I do NOT make any guarantees about anything!


Not all personality types work well together. It is possible that my personality traits, style & ways may not be compatible with someone else's. With this said, I cannot guarantee that I am able to properly assist everyone.


2. What level of English must I have?
For effectiveness, for the sake of your understanding, and for the efficiency of your time and money, if English is not your first language, then you should have at least an advanced level of English; near fluent is better; and fluent is best.

3. What are the internet or technical requirements?

I do not use the most advanced, cutting-edge technology today so that services are available to everyone and anyone. I understand that WIFI and wireless connections as well as technology, weather, geopolitical situations and international interfaces are not perfect and are subject to outside forces (including political entities who suspend internet in their country). I do not expect your internet connection and quality to be perfect. In fact, I am old school, which means I only use technology for communication, for payments, and for learning materials. All else is still done at the human level, including scheduling.

Depending where in the world you are,

you may need a VPN for some or all services and course content.


4. How do I pay for services?
I accept and prefer USD, but I also accept foreign currencies equivalent to the listed USD amounts. There are various payment services and methods available given the current geopolitical situation. If you are not able to use a plastic card through Stripe or PayPal, click here for other payment options.
If you have a money transfer service not listed in my payment options, you are more than welcome to contact me with the money transfer service that you do have. I will do some research to determine if I can use it too.

All meetings are on a prepaid basis.

Payments must be received no later than 8 hours before

the scheduled lesson time.


If you purchase several lessons at one time, all lessons

must be used within 90 days from the date of purchase.

If the lessons are not used by day 91, they will be forfeited.


5. Will I receive an invoice for services?
No. All services are on a prepaid basis in USD.
Yes, if you need an invoice for your taxes or to submit to your company for reimbursement, I will send you an invoice marked as paid from your prepaid payment.

6. How do I schedule meetings or lessons?
Even though we live in a super-modern era with amazing technology, I prefer human interaction and administration. I am old school. I prefer to treat people as people and not as an account number. I know and keep my own schedule. If there is an error, it is due to human error, and not a glitch in the system. With different time zones and different needs as well as my case load, it is much easier for me to manually maintain my own schedule and to schedule lessons and meetings. I use data messengers and email to find mutually agreeable meeting times with you (see below).

FAQs: Self-Paced Courses

Self-Paced Courses require a paid enrollment. To access the materials, you will be provided with an access link and a temporary password to set up your user account on Tilda, the webhosting service where the courses are housed.


Depending where in the world you are,

you may need a VPN for some or all services and course content.


Some courses offer a certificate with successful completion of an assessment or evaluation. Others do not offer a certificate and are intended for your own knowledge and education.


The final assessments for certificates are NOT easy.

When I made them, I did so to ensure that you understand

all the materials and can apply the materials and concepts to different situations.


For certificate courses, users have 3 tries to pass the assessment(s). Each assessment will be new and unique; not the same as the one before it. If this situation happens, I will add the next assessment assignment to the user's account. If a user does not successfully complete the assessment on the third try, users can purchase additional attempts separately. Contact me if or when this situation occurs.

Online Seminars & Special Requests

FAQs & Cancellation Policy


Online Seminars require 50% deposit of the total fee of the seminar to reserve a meeting time and date. The additional 50% is due within 48 hours (2 days) after the end of the seminar. If the online seminar is cancelled by the entity any time before the date of the meeting, the 50% deposit will be forfeited as the cancellation fee. If the entity asks to reschedule the seminar in less than 7 days (1 week) before the scheduled meeting time, a 25% of the total seminar fee will be assessed as a rescheduling fee each time the seminar is rescheduled. Online seminars can be rescheduled only 3 times; each at the 25% total seminar rescheduling fee. If the entity asks to reschedule the same seminar a fourth time, the 50% deposit will be forfeited and the seminar cancelled.

Special Request cancellations and/or rescheduling are unique. Some may follow the Online Seminar policy (see above). For special requests involving research, consulting or anything similar, fees are on a prepaid hourly basis, billed at 15 minute intervals. If the entity cancels the special request, I retain the remainder of any fraction of an hour up to an hour, and will refund half (50%) of the remaining payments made in advance per hour, less any fees incurred for either side.

I do realize that sometimes circumstances beyond our control happen.

Because of this, I may or might waive the

cancellation fees or rescheduling penalties.

*Each situation will be evaluated if needed.


I'm rather flexible and quite accommodating if you communicate with me.


Please be aware!

There may be times when I must cancel a meeting due to personal circumstances such as doctor appointments, for emergencies with my pets and animals, for scheduling conflicts that cannot be changed, and/or for acts of Mother Nature (especially severe storms) that cause interruptions to internet and/or electricity. If I must cancel, I will try to give you the most advanced notice that I can. I will also reschedule the meeting at a mutually agreeable time.
