How It Works

Choose a course
If you would like to purchase more than one course, each transaction must be completed separately especially the Excel group lists, but they can be on different tabs in the same spreadsheet.

Determine how many people are in your group
No mixing-and-matching or splitting of the tiered group amounts above.
One group is designated only to one course, however, one person can be included in more than one group.

Purchase only the amount you need
Multiply the number of people in your group times the course's discounted price indicated in the graduated discount tiers above.

Use the link here for plastic card payments
Plastic card payments are processed through Stripe. If using a plastic card is not an option, there are other payment choices available here.

Email me an Excel spreadsheet containing the names of the participants and their email addresses
I need this information to manually input the participants' information into the course management system. When I input their information, an email will automatically be generated and sent directly to each person on the list with a link to create a user account and password to be able to enter the course.

FAQs for Group Rates

Monthly
Reports
I will provide monthly summaries of
  • participants who have completed the course.
  • participants who have not logged in since the previous report or commencement date.
  • participants who have never logged in.
The first report will be generated on or close to 30 days after the initial commencement. Reports will then be generated approximately every 30 days afterwards, give or take a few days.
Deletions
If any of the people on the original list are no longer associated with your group, please send me an email with their names and email addresses. I will discontinue their access to the course, if you so desire. This is optional depending on your group's administration choices.
Substitutions
If a deleted participant never created an account from the automatically-generated email from the course management system at the initial commencement, you can add a new person as a replacement participant for this slot. There are no amount limitations for substitutions. No extra fees for this option.
Flexibility
If you have a unique situation, feel free to contact me so we can find a mutually-agreeable solution. I am usually quite flexible and understanding.
